Delivery Order Form

Order Cookie Mama delivery by calling us at (403-266-5431) or by completing the form below!

Minimum order for delivery is 12 cupcakes and/or 12 cookies with a $15 delivery flat rate fee within Calgary. We require at least 24 hours for delivery orders.

Delivery: All orders need to be confirmed and prepaid with a credit card for billing. There are no changes, cancellations, or refunds once the order is confirmed. For more details please refer to our refund policy.

Taxes are added to the total order. Orders for delivery will be processed and we will call you for order and payment confirmation within 24 hours. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for delivery orders.
